Damage due to improper care, weather, or delay in opening the package.

Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.
Delays caused by shipping couriers unless the delay severely impacted plant health.

Plants are living things, and minor stress from shipping is normal. We recommend:
Unboxing immediately
Placing in indirect sunlight
Watering and letting it rest for 24–48 hours
If the plant is clearly dead or unsalvageable, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.
