✅ 1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Live Plants Arrived Damaged or Dead

  • Wrong Item Received

  • Non-Plant Items (like pots or tools) Damaged in Transit

  • Product Not as Described

📸 Please send us clear photos/videos of the item within 7 days of delivery to validate your request.


❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Slight variations in plant size, shape, or color (plants are naturally unique).

  • Damage due to improper care, weather, or delay in opening the package.

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.

  • Delays caused by shipping couriers unless the delay severely impacted plant health.


⏱ 2. Timeframe for Requests

You must notify us of any issue within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Once your refund is approved:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed


🚚 5. Returns (If Applicable)

If we request a return:

  • The item must be unusedin original packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged

Plants are living things, and minor stress from shipping is normal. We recommend:

  • Unboxing immediately

  • Placing in indirect sunlight

  • Watering and letting it rest for 24–48 hours

If the plant is clearly dead or unsalvageable, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.
