Our New Partner

Standard Terms of Service, Policies, and Procedures

Document Number: AUT-2026-TOS-REV3

Date of Effect: January 1, 2026

Last Changed: January 17, 2026

Part 1: Introduction and Company Identity

You (the “Reseller,” “Partner,” or “User”) and Autven Private Limited, a private limited company based in Islamabad, Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “Autven,” “we,” or “us”), have entered into a legally binding contract known as these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”).

Autven Private Limited is a digital company that looks to the future and focuses on B2B Reseller Frameworks and Advanced Dashboard Administration. Our services are meant to give you the technological infrastructure and administrative tools you need to use our proprietary Dashboard (the “Dashboard”) to send out digital entertainment streaming packages.

Section 2: What makes a reseller qualified and how far they can get in business

2.1 Who is eligible and who can give permission The Reseller must do the following to get to the Dashboard and buy credits for distribution:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Have full legal authority and “Legal Authorization” to share digital content in the areas where they operate.

  • If their local government requires it, they must run as a registered business.

2.2 Limitations by location In Restricted Territories, it is against the law to provide out streaming bundles. These are areas where this kind of distribution breaks local rules about broadcasting, telecommunications, or intellectual property. The Reseller is the only one who is responsible for making sure that their clients follow the rules of the country where they live.

Part 3: Following the rules of Google and the 2026 Search Ecosystem

Google’s AI-powered search and advertising systems (Google Search Essentials 2026) have made it harder to get away with dishonest online behavior. To keep the Autven ecosystem’s good name and your own online presence safe, the following rules are scrupulously followed:

3.1 Branding and Anti-Misrepresentation “Contrary Representation” is something that resellers are not allowed to do. You can’t use the names, trademarks, or logos of big content providers like Sky, Bein, Netflix, Disney+, and others in any way that makes it look like you have an official collaboration or direct connection with them. Your advertising needs to make it obvious that you are an Independent Subscription Reseller.

3.2 Security Integrity and Malicious Software Autven has a zero-tolerance policy for “Harmful Software.” Resellers may not include:

  • Launchers and loaders: extra programs that install trackers without permission.

  • Data Poisoning: Code that collects user data for reasons other than service.

  • Malware: Anything that makes Google show the “Deceptive Software” flag.

3.3 Clear Entry Pages The 2026 “Trustworthy Content” rules say that your landing pages and sales portals must have a Mandatory Disclosure at the top of the page that says, “This service is an independent reseller of third-party digital entertainment feeds managed through the Autven framework.” If you don’t include this, your dashboard will be suspended right away to stop global domain flagging.

Section 4: The DMCA Protocol, Copyright, and Intellectual Property

4.1 The Status of a Technological Intermediary Under the DMCA Title II Safe Harbor and similar 2026 worldwide rules, Autven Private Limited can only act as a “Service Provider” and “Technological Intermediary.” We don’t provide the content itself; we provide the pipes and the management interface that let you send it.

4.2 Who owns the content Autven does not own the rights to the media feeds. We don’t host, store, or make the content that is sent through the reseller panels. Third-party feed sources give all media information “as-is.”

4.3 Steps for Taking Down and Suspending We have set up a quick-response takedown method in line with DMCA Title II:

  • Notification: When we get a legitimate DMCA notice from a rights holder.

  • Action: We have the right to turn off a specific feed or stop a Reseller’s Dashboard access without warning.

  • Appeals: Resellers can file a counter-notice if they think a suspension was wrong.

4.4 Policy for Persistent Infringers Autven follows Google’s “Reliable Content” rules for 2026 and has a “Three-Strike Rule.” If an account gets three (3) verified copyright alerts in a rolling 12-month period, it will be permanently closed and no credits will be refunded.

Part 5: Technical SLA and Standards for Reliability

5.1 “Fiber-Grade” Reliability In 2026, “Fiber-grade” stability is needed for 4K and 8K streaming. Autven promises:

  • Portal Uptime: The Dashboard management interface is available 99.9% of the time.

  • Feed Routing: AI-optimized routing to cut down on lag time.

5.2 Who is in charge of keeping the feed staiptvble? We set up the routing framework, but the end user’s experience depends on:

  • The Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the end user.

  • The local peering and the regional transmission path.

  • The Reseller’s own server settings.

5.3 Stopping scraping and rebroadcasting The “Dashboard” is only for managing subscriptions. If you try to “re-broadcast,” “restream,” or “scrape” data from the Autven Dashboard to use on a competitor’s platform, you are breaking this contract. These activities will cause an Automatic Network Ban and a permanent block on the Reseller’s IP range.

Section 6: Managing Credit and Making Financial Agreements

6.1 The System of Credit Reseller accounts work on a system of credit.

  • Validity: Credits are good for 12 months after you buy them.

  • Expiration: If you don’t use your credits within 12 months, they will expire. However, if you buy more credits, the Company may choose to prolong the validity of your existing credits.

6.2 Digital Assets Are Not Refundable The transaction is final once credits have been added to your Dashboard. Autven doesn’t give refunds for bulk purchases because digital credits are assets that can be used right away. We strongly suggest that all Resellers use a Trial Account to check the quality of the service before they spend a lot of money.

Part 7: Ethics of AI, Privacy, and Data (2026 Update)

7.1 Efficiency Driven by AI Autven employs its own AI algorithms to handle technical loads around the world and stop people from using the dashboard for bad things. This AI-powered routing makes sure that feeds are sent through the fastest server nodes at any given time.

7.2 Privacy of Viewing Habits We value your clients’ privacy. Autven does not sell or exchange data about how people watch things. The only reason we collect data is for:

  • Technical optimization and load balance.

  • Finding fraud and keeping an eye on security.

7.3 Duty of Resellers to Be Honest The 2026 Data Privacy Act says that resellers must give their end users a Privacy Statement. This statement must say how you handle their membership information, such as their name, email address, and IP address, and that Autven Private Limited is the technical provider.

Part 8: Protection from the law and compensation

The Reseller commits to keep Autven Private Limited, its leaders (including M. Umair Adnan and M. Ahmad Adnan), and all of its employees safe and free from danger. This protection covers:

  • Any legal problems or fines that come from spreading protected material without permission.

  • Breaking the rules for local communication.

  • Civil cases brought by owners of third-party content.

The IPTV Reseller is fully responsible for how they run their business and follow the law in the area where they do business.

Part 9: Advice on how to succeed in 2026

Resellers need to adjust to the following changes in the environment in order to do well in the streaming economy of 2026:

9.1 The “IPTV” Keyword Warning Google’s AI-driven ad-bots for 2026 are set up to mark the word “IPTV” as a high-risk keyword. To run profitable ads on Google Search and YouTube:

  • “Digital Entertainment Subscriptions,” “Premium Home Streaming Platforms,” or “Unified Content Management Panels” are some good terms to use.

  • Stay away from “Free IPTV,” “Pirate Streams,” or “Channel Hacking.”

9.2 The Growth of Developer Verification In the second half of 2026, Google Play and Android “Sideloading” will need Developer Verification in many places, including the EU, the US, and some areas of Asia. If you share an APK file, make sure it is signed with a certificate that can be verified. Otherwise, Google Play Protect will notify your consumers of a “Security Risk.”

Section 10: Last Things

The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan apply to this Agreement. Arbitration in Islamabad will settle any disagreements. You agree to all of these terms by logging into the Autven Dashboard.
